IFT President Dr. Bob Gravani was our featured speaker.	<>We had 399 pounds of food and $105 in cash donations to Food Lifeline. Thanks everyone!

Fall Meeting at Theo Chocolate September 21, 2010

Anyone can pair wine and chocolate. At Theo we learned how to pair their organic chocolate with special locally brewed beers. Excellent!	What better to enjoy with chocolate and beer but an wonderful catered buffet with fruits, vegetables and more.
	The evening included education about chocolate growing and production.
Theo conducts daily tours of their facility. The production room has color coded equipment that indicates what portion of the process each belongs to.	A good time was had by all!

Spring Meeting at Field Roast Grain Meat Company March 30, 2010

Field Roast Grain Meat Company produces a variety of Vegan products like the sausages and grain meat loaves.	The sausage and penne pasta entree was delicious.
