hosted by the Puget Sound Institute of Food Technologists being held on Tuesday
February 28, 2012 at the

Section (2/27/12) and with British Columbia section (2/29/12). This year we have again
a luncheon & symposium so PSIFT members can make a day of it. The schedule is as follows:
