Supplier's Night 2009

The Puget Sound section of the Institute of Food Technologists hosted the 32^rd annual Supplier's Night at the Doubletree Inn/Seatac on February 24.

A good time was had by all who attended. A total of 160 Exhibitors were on hand to demonstrate their products and answer questions. Then there was the terrific appetizer buffet featuring a wide variety of tasty dishes. Even though the ballroom was set up in great new display layout, at times it was hard to move around the room with the number of people in attendance.
