Sound Institute of Food Technologists being held on Tuesday, February 23^th, 2010, at the
Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport. This is a great opportunity to meet over 160 suppliers from
the food industry, network with peers and continue your professional education with our
symposium program.

The Puget Sound Section of the Institute of Food Technologists would like to invite you to join
us for our 2009 Supplier’s Night to be held on Tuesday, February 23^th, 2010, at the
Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport. We have coordinated our schedule with Oregon IFT
Section (2/22/10) but due to the timing of hte Winter Olympics, British Columbia IFT will not
participate in this year's trio. This year we have again included a luncheon & symposium so
PSIFT members can make a day of it. The schedule is as follows:

12:00 - 4:00 Symposium Speakers & Luncheon

2:00 - 4:00 Supplier set up for table tops

4:00 - 7:30 Supplier's Night Table Top Expo

The $220.00 registration fee includes a 6 ft. by 2.5 ft. display table, exhibitor nametags,
parking, PSIFT membership and the buffet for one supplier representative. Additional supplier
representatives are welcome to attend for $15.00 per person. Please make checks payable
