Sound Institute of Food Technologists being held on Tuesday March 1, 2011 at the
the food industry, network with peers and continue your professional education with our
Symposium program.

- $35 – Symposium Luncheon, Exhibit Admission, Parking & Appetizer Buffet

us for our 2011 Supplier’s Night to be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at the
Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport. We have coordinated our schedule with Oregon IFT
Section (2/28/11) and with British Columbia IFT (3/2/11). This year we have again
a luncheon & symposium so PSIFT members can make a day of it. The schedule is as follows:
