Regional Sections

IFT Sections offer a great way to network on a local level with other professionals working in the science of food. Attend sections events, supplier nights, or volunteer! If you’re looking to make strategic connections in your local area, IFT Sections are a great way to quickly and easily extend your professional ecosystem.

About IFT Sections  

Sections plan a variety of events local and regional throughout the year, including Suppliers’ Nights, social events, educational sessions, philanthropic activities, and special events for students and new professionals. They are a great way to be in the know, stay connected, meet new colleagues, and discover new resources. 

IFT members who live in an area served by a section must belong to that section. Members can join additional sections as well—just select the section when you join IFT or renew your membership.
