Interest Group (Divisions)

The Institute of Food Technologists recognizes the wide variety of disciplines, topics, and areas of expertise in the global science of food community. We offer 25 topical, interest-based groups, known as Divisions, that allow you to get more information, connections, and resources specialized to the topics that matter in your work today, or where you see your career going tomorrow.
