The first step in achieving and maintaining a Safe Quality Food (SQF) Certification is to understand the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing. This class is designed to fulfill the training requirements to prepare individuals to take the SQF Practitioner test. All SQF certified sites must have at least one SQF Practitioner overseeing the SQF Food Safety System. - January 15 & 16, 2020 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the University of Idaho Food Technology Center in Caldwell, ID
