An intensive hands on practical edible oil processing course combined with class room lectures (basic chemistry) and various oils processing demonstrations. Many updates on new technologies on oil processing and refining ingredients and chemicals. This course will cover a wide verities of topics related to healthy edible oils/fats/tallows/biodiesel, biofuel and palm oils. All the instructors are from the industries and academia who has devoted their entire careers in these areas.
