Plant Protein Innovation Centers Ist Commercialization Workshop

This workshop will guide businesses in taking a new plant-based product from idea conception to the store shelf. Speakers will address topics including product development of plant protein-based products, technology scale-up, co-manufacturer selection, quality systems, intellectual property, regulatory, project management and marketing launch. A regulatory panel will address questions from the audience on the current regulatory landscape of plant-based products. In addition, there will be time set aside for networking to connect with potential collaborators, customers, partners and fellow plant protein aficionados.
