Compared to other sciences, food science is a relatively small discipline, and this can often make it challenging to locate suitable teaching resources. This session is in collaboration with one of the creators of LibreTexts, an open-access platform for sharing educational materials, to explore current food science courses and resources available on the platform and identify new ways in which LibreTexts can be used to enhance food science education.
