Navigating the Path to Publication an Open Discussion on Publishing Education Articles in the Journal of Food Science

The Journal of Food Science (JFS) is now accepting education-related manuscripts. Join IFT's Education, Extension and Outreach Division as they meet with JFS editors and reviewers to discuss requirements for publishing education-related manuscripts in JFS. Attendees will additionally learn about potential collaborators for qualitative research and alternative venues for publishing food science teaching-related content.
