This event is a collaboration between IFST, IFT British Section, the Food and Drink Federation, and Campden BRI. IFT President Chris Daubert, Vice Chancellor & Dean of the College of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources at the University of Missouri (Mizzou) & Professor in the Division of Food, Nutrition & Exercise Sciences will deliver the lecture.
