COVID 19 has forced many to rethink how and where they work and to find new ways to stay connected and inspired. Diversity of thought, cultural experiences, and inclusive systems are becoming critical factors in ensuring a company’s success. Our workforce is aging, but still actively engaged and looking for new opportunities to innovate and further contribute to shaping the future of food. While some jobs will be lost, and many others created, almost all will change.
