CORRECTIONS

In the September 2006 article, "New Product Startups: Dealing with the Unexpected" by Michael H. Mansky, the citation Muñoz (1992) mentioned on p. 41 was incorrect and was inadvertently omitted from the reference list. The correct citation is Muñoz et al. (1992), and the full reference is Muñoz, A.M., Civille, G.V., and Carr, B.T. 1992. "Sensory Evaluation in Quality Control." Van Nostrand Reinhold, New York.

In the October 2006 article, "IFT's Education Standards: A Report Card," by Richard W. Hartel, the list of IFT-approved undergraduate programs on p. 41 inadvertently omitted the University of Delaware food science program. Information about the program is available at http://ag.udel.edu. The list has been corrected in the online version of the page.
