The Scientific & Educational Program will host more than 100 educational sessions with an additional 1,200 poster presentations. The Scientific Program has been organized around seven key focus areas and four core sciences. The key focus area program tracks include Food Safety & Defense; Food, Health & Nutrition; Food Processing & Packaging; Product Development & Ingredient Innovations; Sustainability; Public Policy, Food Laws & Regulations; and Education & Professional Development.
