Attendees at SupplySide West 2012 will discover some new activities and programs at the event, which will take place Nov. 5–9, 2012, at The Venetian & Sands Expo, Las Vegas, Nev.

Those who attend will have the opportunity to go to a number of educational sessions and meet with representatives at more than 1,500 company booths to help them better understand the issues and trend information for the food and beverage, dietary supplements, and personal care and cosmetics industries.

Stop by the SupplySide Why stage located on the expo hall floor to hear brief and engaging talks from “thought leaders” on the important innovations, issues, and ideas that affect the food, health, and cosmetic businesses and learn why they deserve attention. Listen to one or all of the talks that will be given without PowerPoint presentations, podiums, or classroom-style seating.

Another new event called SupplySide Marketing Insights Summit will investigate the various marketing strategies of social media, content marketing, integrated marketing, and more and explain why it is important to have an integrated marketing strategy to leverage brands. Those in attendance will learn the best practices that they can apply to their marketing efforts to drive growth and profitability. Most importantly, the summit, which takes place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6, will present attendees with approaches to use technology, content, and the audience in the most effective ways.

See which innovations are influencing the market at the debut of the SupplySide Editor’s Choice Awards Reception. Awards that recognize excellence in product development in animal nutrition, anti-aging, beverages, functional food, multivitamins and minerals, nutricosmetics, organics, packaging design, skin care, and specialty dietary supplements will be presented. These all-day sessions require separate registration.
