Decadent desserts in a mix
Godiva
, in partnership with General Mills, recently debuted four premium baking mixes that allow consumers to create specialty desserts at home with the addition of just a few ingredients, like eggs and butter.

Available in Molten Lava Cakes, Brownie Cheesecake Swirl, Raspberry Chocolate Torte, and Flourless Chocolate Torte, the baking mixes feature 72% Dark Godiva chocolate callets. During product development, Executive Chef Chocolatier Thierry Muret was inspired by Godiva’s signature truffles and chocolate pieces and partnered with the General Mills baking team to ensure that the flavor and essence of each piece was pulled through to the final baking mix products for a rich, decadent experience.

“This is an exciting time for Godiva, as we continue to innovate and expand our portfolio with products that will bring us into consumers’ homes on a regular basis,” says Caroline Le Roch, president of Americas.“When we started to create the premium baking mixes, we had to ensure that they were of the highest quality, so we knew that bringing on a partner, like General Mills, to do this was imperative. We are thrilled to have consumers create decadent desserts with their friends and family on behalf of Godiva.”

Godiva premium baking mixes can be found in the baking aisle of most major grocery stores and retailers for a suggested retail price of $4.99.

Bagel puffs are gluten-free
GeeFree Foods
, which specializes in all-natural, frozen, gluten-free puff pastry products, has introduced Bagel Puffs. Available in three varieties, the puffs are filled with plain cream cheese surrounded by a blend of GeeFree’s signature puff pastry dough and bagel dough.

The non-GMO puffs are free of corn and soy and contain approximately 250 calories per serving of two 1.1-ounce puffs. Preparation time is 6–7 minutes in the oven at 375°.

Bagel Puffs are available in Everything-On-It (salt, sesame, onion, and poppy seeds), Cinnamon Raisin, and Plain varieties, and can be found online and at select retailers for a suggested retail price of $6.99 per six-count package.

No-melt grilling cheeses
Rougette
’s newly introduced Bon·fire Grilling Cheeses are designed to be incorporated into a wide variety of recipes and lifestyles, from appetizers to desserts, vegetarian to paleo. The cheeses come in two varieties and can be prepared on charcoal, gas, or electric grills, as well as on the stove top or in the oven.

Soft-Ripened Grilling Cheese is made to be heated directly on the grill without melting or sticking. The cheese develops a chargrilled, golden crispy outside and a warm and creamy soft inside.

Herb Marinated Grilling Cheese is a savory and creamy semi-soft cheese marinated in herbs and oil. It comes in a convenient aluminum pan for easy preparation and grilling. The cheese softens when warmed and can be tossed into salads, layered with grilled vegetables for a one-pan main course, or melted into a hot dip.

The all-natural Rougette Bon·fire Grilling Cheeses are lactose-free, gluten-free, and rBGH-free, and contain no preservatives, stabilizers, or additives. They can be found at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $7.99 for a 6.4-ounce package.
