Purity Organic, an organic food company based in Oakland, Calif., has announced the acquisition of Dunn’s River Brands, maker of Sweet Leaf Tea and Tradewinds Beverage Co.
“We are excited about this acquisition as it continues our mission of continuing to provide better for you brands to our customers,” said Mary Page Platerink, CEO of Purity Organic, in a company press release. “We have an aggressive roadmap in 2020 and look forward to continuing to serve our key markets and expanding into new areas for all our brands.”
Purity Organic will focus on delivering refreshing the Sweet Leaf Brand and increasing market share across all its portfolio brands.
