Bell Flavors & Fragrances has announced the hiring of Megan Paul as a sensory technologist and Prisca Lumbu as a regulatory compliance specialist.
Paul comes to Bell after three years at Trillian Food & Nutrition. She earned her BS in food science with a minor in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University. Paul will lead sensory panel scheduling, preparation, and execution for both the flavor and fragrance divisions.
Lumbu joins the company from Mars Food, where she was a labeling and certification specialist. She holds a BS in food science and human nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Both Paul and Lumbu are members of the Institute of Food Technologists.
