Riaz receives alumni award
IFT professional member Mian Nadeem Riaz, a member of the graduate faculty in the Dept. of Nutrition and Food Science and director of the Process Engineering R&D Center at Texas A&M University, has been awarded the 2016 Bernard Lown ’42 Alumni Humanitarian Award from the University of Maine Alumni Assoc.
