Lassonde to acquire Old Orchard Brands for $146 million
Lassonde Industries, Canada-based manufacturer of a wide range of ready-to-drink fruit and vegetable juices and drinks, has reached an agreement to acquire Old Orchard Brands, a family-owned juice and beverage company based in Sparta, Mich., for a total cash consideration of $146 million.
