Frozen corn likely source of ongoing EU Listeria monocytogenes outbreak

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) have concluded from the rapid outbreak assessment that frozen corn is the likely source of an outbreak of Listeria monocytogenes which has affected five European Union Member States (Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom) since 2015.
