New CEO for SodaStream

SodaStream, maker of an at-home beverage carbonating device, has announced a leadership transition. After 12 years at the helm of the company, chief executive Daniel Birnbaum, who led the company to a $3.2 billion acquisition by PepsiCo, will step down from his position on Sept. 1.
