The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for the Laboratory Accreditation for Analyses of Foods proposed rule by an additional 90 days
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for the Laboratory Accreditation for Analyses of Foods proposed rule by an additional 90 days. The comment period had previously been extended until April 6, 2020. However, due to the ongoing coronavirus public health emergency, the comment period will now close July 6, 2020.
