Chr. Hansen acquires HSO Health Care to grow probiotics offering

Chr. Hansen, a global bioscience company that develops natural solutions for the food, nutritional, pharmaceutical, and agricultural industries, has acquired HSO Health Care, a probiotics company focused on women’s health. The acquisition cements Chr. Hansen’s long-term commitment to its probiotics business, and the fast-growing category for women’s health. The transaction will be finalized later this week.
