- October 1, 2026: Call for Proposals and Call for Abstracts Opens
- January 1, 2027: Call for Abstracts Reviewers Closes
- January 8, 2027: Call for Abstracts Closes
- February 2027: Submitters Notified
- July 11-14, 2027: IFT FIRST
