NutriScience Innovations, a global supplier of quality nutritional and functional ingredients to companies that manufacture nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and dietary supplement products, has hired Michael Lelah as its chief science officer. Lelah will lead the company’s scientific and innovation initiatives as well as quality and regulatory functions. A member of the Institute of Food Technologists, Lelah most recently worked as chief research scientist for Dr. Mercola.
