On p. 26 of the July issue, Teechino Maya Herbal Coffee was incorrectly listed as belonging to Organic Works. Teechino is a client of OrganicWorks Marketing.

On p. 35 of the August issue, the Web address for the IFT/ Discovery Education initiative inadvertently left off the extension. The correct address is http://school.discovery.com/foodscience.

The article, "Dealing with Antimicrobial Resistance" on p. 22 of the August issue inadvertently neglected to mention that the IFT Expert Report, "Antimicrobial Resistance: Implications for the Food System," was prepared with the financial support of the IFT Foundation.
