Report on U.S. eating habits, attitudes, and concerns includes findings on the rise in American obesity rates, temptations, and bad eating habits. Half of respondents said they work hard at eating a well-balanced diet and are concerned about nutrition— 42% said they always look at the ingredient label on food products, and one-third buy fortified foods. The study also looks at the impact of gender, education, income, and age on eating habits. Concerns about food safety are also addressed.
