IFT’s short courses are a great way to get in-depth knowledge in a condensed period of time. Whether you’re looking to brush up on a topic within your specific knowledge area or need to get a general understanding of food science, IFT’s short courses can help. Given recent COVID-19 developments, including companies restricting staff travel, IFT has updated its Food Laws course to be offered virtually in order to meet the needs and safety of our community.
Each year IFT offers a series of in-person short courses prior to its Annual Event and Food Expo. These courses are held in Chicago locations near the event. Registration for IFT pre-event short courses opens February 24, 2020 for IFT Premier Members and March 2, 2020 for all others.
