Given recent COVID-19 developments, including companies restricting staff travel, IFT has updated its short courses to be offered virtually in order to meet the needs and safety of our community.

Each year IFT offers a series of in-person short courses prior to its Annual Event and Food Expo. This year, IFT pre-event short courses will be held as a completely virtual experience. More details regarding registration and virtual format will be provided in coming weeks.
