Oat milk mochi in five flavors

The latest offering from My/Mochi Ice Cream is the company’s newly launched line of oat milk–based frozen mochi. Featuring a creamy texture similar to that found in traditional dairy ice cream, the vegan line swaps cashew cream for oat milk to serve the needs of individuals with nut allergies.

“Oat milk continues to grow in popularity, overtaking soy to become one of the most popular plant-based dairy options,” said CEO Craig Berger, in a press release. “My/Mochi Oat Milk Frozen Dessert reinforces our commitment to revolutionizing the world of snacking, with oat milk ranking high on protein and fiber while being allergy friendly.”

My/Mochi Oat Milk Frozen Dessert is available in five popular flavors—Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, Neapolitan, and Salted Caramel—and can be found at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $6.99.

Almond flour baking mixes and cups

Blue Diamond Growers released two new products designed to meet consumer demand for better-for-you options in the baking aisle. Tasty Little Cup and Baking Mixes contain quality ingredients with almond flour as the main ingredient.

Tasty Little Cup is a gluten-free mug cake that provides the better-for-you benefits that health-conscious consumers are seeking. Offered in four flavors—Molten Chocolate Cake, Brownie with Diced Almonds, Chocolate Cake, and Confetti Cake—the cups are individually packaged. Consumers need only add water and microwave for 60 seconds.

Blue Diamond’s Baking Mixes contain 10 or fewer ingredients, are dairy-free, kosher certified, and Non-GMO Project Verified. The mixes are offered in four versatile flavors: Brownie, Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Yellow Cake.

Tasty Little Cup and Baking Mixes can be found at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $2.50 and $6.99, respectively.

Wild tuna salad bowls

Wild Planet Foods, the first large-scale, sustainably focused canned seafood company in the United States, launched its new line of Ready-to-Eat Tuna Salad Bowls. The bowls can serve as a convenient, satisfying snack or light meal that requires no heating or prep work. The wild skipjack tuna used in each bowl is 100% sustainably pole and line caught, and all packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic-free.

Packed with protein, each Wild Planet Ready-to-Eat Tuna Salad Bowl contains a blend of wild skipjack tuna and organic, non-GM vegetables, pasta, and legumes. The 5.6-ounce bowls are available in three versions: Wild Tuna Pasta Salad with organic red peppers, tomatoes, and green olives; Wild Tuna White Bean Salad with organic chickpeas, carrots, red peppers, and green olives; and Wild Tuna Bean & Corn Salad with organic sweetcorn, red peppers, and carrots.

“I founded Wild Planet with the utmost reverence for ocean life, and our Ready-to-Eat Tuna Salad Bowls align with that principle, encouraging people to incorporate pole and line tuna into their diets with the hopes of moving the fishing industry toward more selective harvesting,” said Bill Carvalho, president and founder, in a press release.

Wild Planet Ready-to-Eat Tuna Salad Bowls are available at wildplanetfoods.com, on Amazon, and at Whole Foods Markets nationwide for a suggested retail price of $4.99 per bowl.
