Asian-inspired oatmeal cups

Functional breakfast brand Yishi Oatmeal has launched a line of flavored oatmeal cups inspired by traditional Asian foods from founder Lin Jiang’s childhood. The cups are packed with superfoods, proteins, and fiber, contain no gluten, dairy, or added sugar, and are made with USDA Certified organic ingredients.

Offering benefits ranging from energizing to calming, Yishi Oatmeal is available in five distinctive flavors: Toasted Black Sesame, a combination of black sesame seeds, almonds, and walnuts; Red Bean Berry, a high-protein, antioxidant-rich mix of goji berries, red dates, and cherries; Sweet Osmanthus, a nutty mix featuring almonds and turmeric; Matcha Latte, made with nourishing flaxseed and dairy-free coconut milk; and Taro Bubble Tea, formulated with black tea, earthy taro, and toasty coconut.

Yishi Oatmeal comes in individual cups or 11.3-ounce multi-serving pouches and can be found online at yishifoods.com or at national retailers for a suggested retail price of $2.99 for cups and $7.99 for multi-serve pouches.

Edible spoons reduce plastic footprint

Eco-friendly incrEDIBLE Eats is on a mission to reduce the number of plastic utensils in the world, one spoon at a time. The company’s incrEDIBLE spoons were developed as an alternative to their plastic counterparts, with the added benefit of being edible.

The lightly flavored utensils can be used with both hot and cold foods, including soup, yogurt, ice cream, oatmeal, cereal, pasta, rice, stews, and more. Able to withstand hot or ice-cold foods for 30 minutes, the spoons are crafted from non-GM wheat, corn, oats, brown rice, and chickpeas.

The dairy-free, vegan spoons are made in a nut-free facility and come in four sweet and savory flavors: Chocolate, VanillaOregano Chili, and Black Pepper. Each spoon is individually wrapped for convenience and portability.

IncrEDIBLE spoons can be found online at incrediblespoon.com and on Amazon for $11.99 per box of 20 large spoons or 30 small spoons. As a member of IMPACT COLLECTIVE, a group of brands committed to neutralizing their plastic footprint, incrEDIBLE Eats plants one tree for every 20 boxes sold.
