Blommer is launching Elevate at IFT FIRST. Elevate is a new product line made with cocoa butter equivalents and will offer customers cost efficiency to help combat the high market value of cocoa butter. These products offer increased bloom resistance and improved texture and flavor over standard confectionery coatings using palm kernel oil. Elevate products were formulated so that they are compatible with cocoa butter. This allows for increased usage of cocoa liquor and comparable texture and meltability to chocolate. With access to the most advanced ingredient technologies from Blommer’s parent company, Fuji Oil Holding Group, Blommer is able to source premium-grade nonchocolate ingredients to drive chocolate and confectionery coating innovation to meet rapidly changing consumer needs.
