Andrew Csicsila Andrew Csicsila is partner and managing director for AlixPartners consultancy. As the North America practice lead for consumer products, Csicsila has a consistent track record of improving the performance of consumer, industrial, and PE portfolio companies.

Ori Zohar Ori Zohar is cofounder and co-CEO of Burlap & Barrel, who (along with co-CEO Ethan Frisch) masterminded a spicy pitch for the Shark Tank in July 2023. The social enterprise company sources and sells single origin spices sourced directly from small farms and is building new international spice supply chains that are equitable, transparent and traceable.
