Charlie Arnot Charlie Arnot serves as CEO of the Center for Food Integrity, a nonprofit dedicated to building consumer trust in today's food system. He is recognized as a thought leader in food and agriculture and is highly regarded as both a writer and sought-after speaker who engages audiences across the globe. Charlie has decades of experience working in communications, public relations, and issues management within the food system. He is also the founder and president of Look East, an employee-owned consulting firm.

Veronica Jaramillo Veronica Jaramillo is a food scientist and passionate science communicator based in Montreal, Canada. Veronica is the cofounder of the Food Truth Project, an initiative that tackles misinformation on food, nutrition, agriculture, and wellness via workshops and social media, educating and empowering audiences while strengthening trust between government, industry, and consumers. She also contributes to Unbiased Science, a unique collective of experts across public health dedicated to transforming health, pharma, and medtech communications by bringing the latest data to life in the real world.
