Advocacy
Our Role
The Institute of Food Technologists consistently addresses food-related topics and issues to ensure that sound science serves as the foundation for public policy development. When we come together as a community to provide information, research, resources, and expertise, we have a stronger voice and impact.
As a nonprofit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization, IFT abides by restrictions on the extent to which it may attempt to influence legislation.
