CHICAGO – April 5, 2021 - The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) is pleased to announce the IFT Fellows Class of 2021. Each year, a select group of IFT members are recognized for their exemplary professionalism and contributions in the field of food science, and this year’s honorees include 11 individuals.
“Within our science of food community, there are a select few whose commitment and contributions to advancing our profession over the course of their career are truly exemplary,” said IFT President Noel Anderson, PhD. “Each year, we recognize members of our association—our peers—who embody that dedication and professionalism as IFT Fellows.
