Academic Knowledge Base Report

The Academic Knowledge Base Executive Report combines quantitative and aggregated institutional data from 42 domestic and international food science programs with survey data related to student motivations and perspectives in their pursuit of food science degrees. The report is intended to inform programs and to help recruit the most creative and innovative minds to education and careers in the field of food science. This is the third iteration of the report after the initial 2018 report and 2023 follow up.
