Innovation Meets Opportunity at the Startup Pavilion
IFT FIRST’s Startup Pavilion spotlights emerging food innovators, including a live pitch competition showcasing breakthrough technologies and bold ideas.
For a front-row view of some of the food industry’s most breakthrough ideas—and a chance to engage with the visionaries behind them—there is no better place to be than at the IFT FIRST Startup Pavilion.
Up to 100 startup companies will exhibit, showing off their products and services—everything from sustainable ingredients to novel food technologies.
On the final day of IFT FIRST, six companies will compete live on stage for $15,000 in prizes in The Pitch! competition presented by the Seeding The Future Foundation.
“We at the Seeding The Future Foundation believe in supporting bold and impactful ideas at their earliest stages,” says Bernhard van Lengerich, founder and CEO of the foundation. “Beyond financial support, recognition and validation play a critical role in helping food system startups gain momentum, build credibility, and accelerate their path to meaningful impact.”
In addition to the Seeding The Future Foundation, Startup Pavilion sponsors include the Almond Board of California and PeakBridge, a venture capital firm.
