Students are considered the future of food science and technology and the future leaders of IFT, and many activities at the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo focus on students, including various competitions. This year’s competition winners were announced at the Phi Tau Sigma Honorary Society Breakfast during the IFT Annual Meeting. Here are the winners.
