FutureFood 2050
As a part of its 75th anniversary celebration, IFT has unveiled a new program—FutureFood 2050—which aims to create a broad dialogue on how science will deliver solutions needed to feed the world’s nine billion people by the year 2050. As a part of the program, IFT has launched a new website—www.futurefood2050.com—which showcases the program’s interview series and upcoming documentary film. FutureFood 2050 will come to life over the coming months with 75 interviews featuring independent-minded thought leaders around the globe. At the same time, the documentary, which will be released in 2015, will look at how the science of food will contribute solutions to feeding the world.
