Analytical Instrumentation
Advanced Instruments, Norwood, Mass. (aicompanies.com), and its subsidiary Delta Instruments highlighted their automated systems for monitoring raw and finished product quality. The Advanced Model 4250 Cryoscope uses state-of-the-art electronic technologies for the determination of added water in milk, and the mid-infrared LactoScope rapidly analyzes dairy products for fat, protein, lactose, and total solids content.
