Paleo-friendly flour
Bob’s Red Mill recently introduced a new grain-free flour blend for baking and cooking. The Paleo Baking Flour, which contains a blend of almond flour, arrowroot starch, coconut flour, and tapioca flour, is produced in a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility and ELISA-tested to verify its gluten-free status.
