recently introduced SPAM Snacks, bite-sized pieces of dried SPAM that align with consumers’ desire for portable protein, according to the company. Packaged in 1.4-ounce single-serve pouches, the jerky-like snack provides 8–10 grams of protein with 190–230 calories and 15–20 grams of fat.

“More than 78 years after its introduction, SPAM provides the same tasty experience in a variety of flavors and sizes to SPAM lovers worldwide,” says Hormel. “SPAM Snacks are the new, portable way to enjoy this iconic favorite—packaged in a convenient, ready-to-go single-serve pouch.”

Available in three flavors—Classic, Bacon, and Teriyaki—the snacks can be found in select markets and grocery stores for a suggested retail price of $2.39.

launched Pro2snax, a convenient single-serve snack that combines a source of protein with fruit. The naturally gluten-free snacks contain 90–100 calories and 3–4 grams of protein per 2.5-ounce serving.
