The Journal of Food Science Education (JFSE) announced the winners of the 2016 “Food Science In Action” video contest, which had the theme “Busting Food Myths with Facts.” Ten submissions were accepted, and to determine the winner, the JFSE Editorial Board evaluated submissions based on scientific accuracy, creativity, tone, appropriateness for the target audience, and production quality.
