Dog treats with koji protein
Wild Earth recently debuted Good Protein Dog Snacks with Koji, a dog treat made with an eco-friendly, renewably sourced member of the fungi kingdom.
The treats satisfy dogs with koji’s umami-rich flavor, whole protein with 10 essential amino acids, and health benefits, including omega fatty acids, digestion-boosting enzymes, and prebiotics to support gastrointestinal microbiomes. Only 15 calories each, Good Protein Dog Snacks with Koji include other wholesome ingredients like peanut butter, pumpkin, and oat.
“We need new and alternative proteins to feed a growing global pet population, and also to minimize the environmental impact of feeding that growing population,” says Wild Earth CEO Ryan Bethencourt. “Koji is ideal for dogs based on its nutritional profile and sustainability, and [is] used by Michelin-star chefs to add gourmet flavor, so our dog taste testers loved these treats.”
A 5-ounce bag of Good Protein Dog Snacks with Koji sells for $12.99 at Wild Earth’s online store.
With the aim of supporting culture in everything it does, Culture Republick collaborates with emerging artists to design each pint, giving the artists a canvas for their work, complete with their signature and information on pack. Additionally, 10% of the brand’s profits will support the arts in local communities, with charitable donations made possible by the Unilever Foundation.
“Culture Republick was created with a distinct purpose in mind,” says Leslie Miller, marketing director of ice cream. “We believe that humanity could use a bit more brightness. By combining our passions for culture and ice cream, we intend to do our part in making people feel more balanced, inspired, and connected.”
Available in seven flavors—Milk & Honey, Turmeric Chai & Cinnamon, Cold Brew & Chocolate Chip, Pistachio & Caramel, Lemon & Graham, Chocolate & Cherry, and Matcha & Fudge—Culture Republick is available at select retailers for an average retail price of $3.99 to $4.99.
Convenient, satisfying, and sustainable, the meals are available in four varieties: Italian Saus’age & Pasta Bowl, made with cavatappi pasta and meatless sausage in marinara sauce; Chick’n Fajita Bowl, which combines meatless chicken, red and green bell peppers, black beans, caramelized onions, and corn on a bed of rice with zesty sauce; Orange Beefless Bowl, which mixes beefless strips, red bell peppers, cauliflower, water chestnuts, and edamame over rice with a sweet and spicy orange sauce; and Teriyaki Chick’n Bowl, made with a combination of meatless chicken, broccoli, red bell peppers, and carrots over rice with a sweet teriyaki sauce.
Single Serve Bowls are Certified Vegan, made with 100% non-GMO ingredients, and provide a good source of protein. They are available at select grocers for a suggested retail price of $4.99.
