Finding the Sweet Spot

As consumers demand more sugar-reduced options, product developers are tapping into an expanding array of alternative sweeteners.

Ingredion’s PURECIRCLE Clean Taste Solubility Solution, a novel stevia sweetener, contributed to the numbers.
