In Ethiopia, where child undernutrition remains a significant concern, BeNu Foods is working to change that—one biscuit at a time. Founded in 2018 by food scientist and nutritionist Betelhem Lakew and entrepreneur Amen Temesgen, the startup creates nutritious biscuits from 100% Ethiopian-sourced crops.
