Feeding Tomorrow Fun Run + Fitness Fundraiser

Feeding Tomorrow Fun Run + Fitness Fundraiser runners

Monday, July 17th, 6:30 am
McCormick Place
7:30 am: Celebratory After Party

Ever since a small group of runners gathered at the Institute of Food Technologist’s 2001 annual meeting in an effort to get some exercise and raise funds for students, the Fun Run + Fitness event has been an amazing opportunity to raise funds, join a community, and break a sweat!

Funds raised at this 5K run, 1-mile walk or yoga support scholarships for students pursuing careers in the science of food.

You can sign up for the Fun Run + Fitness when you register for IFT FIRST.

Build a team of individual runners, walkers or yogis that register to participate in the Fun Run + Fitness Fundraiser in support of the Feeding Tomorrow Fund Scholarship Program. Teams of 20 or more will receive special recognition at the Fun Run + Fitness Celebration. Email [email protected] for a team challenge form if you are the team captain.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Invest in the next generation of professionals in food science and technology! By sponsoring the Fun Run + Fitness event, you’ll positively impact the future of food. Powered by IFT’s Student Association and IFT’s Feeding Tomorrow Fund, proceeds help fund the Feeding Tomorrow Fund academic scholarship program for students pursuing a variety of degrees in the science of food.
